Getting a blank page after install 2 Months ago
I just downloaded Mass Content 1.1 and installed it successfully, getting the message, "Install Component Success". (I'm using Joomla 1.5.3). When I then click on Components -> Mass Content -> Create mass content, I get a blank page. nothing happens. I've uninstalled and re-installed, but get the same thing. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

Hi Have you checked that the file are correctly uploaded to the server? It seems to be a user right issue, the file are probably not uploaded. If the component is installed, you can upload the files manually. Hope it helps!

It looks like all the files uploaded. Here's a list of what was uploaded to /administrator/components/com_masscontent: admin.masscontent.html.php admin.masscontent.php config.xml index.html masscontent.class.php masscontent.xml toolbar.masscontent.html.php toolbar.masscontent.php Should there be any other files than these?

Hi, Sorry for the late answer.. Do you have the GZIP compression activated in the global parameters of Joomla? If yes, try to deactivate it.

That was it!!! I turned gzip off on the Global Configuration -> Server page and it then worked from the Components menu. Better late than never. Thanks!
